Phoenix Credit, LLC and its related entities are a national receivable management company of defaulted credit card, installment loans and payday loans obligations and/or defaulted contract obligations. Phoenix Credit specializes in late-stage collection enforcement by holding debtors accountable for repayment through normal collections or litigation processes.

TECHNOLOGY
To facilitate recovery efforts, we make use of an extensive technology platform that includes the Artiva Agency product; an account management software package developed by Ontario Systems of Muncie, Indiana, one of the largest developers of collection/recovery software for the collection industry. Our database includes relevant account information about customers that our account managers need to facilitate their recovery efforts. Account managers can update the database in real time while discussing the account with the customer.
Skip tracing is handled through both a batch process as well as on an individual basis, using a variety of skip tracing databases to which the Company subscribes. The Company prefers skip tracing accounts on an individual basis as the Company’s collectors are also trained skip tracers who are adept at finding people through sources other than public databases.
